5/10 Mother’s Day
This Mother’s Day, we’ll be celebrating moms in two special ways! Stick around after church to enjoy “Muffins for Moms” (and the rest of the family). Plus, we’ll be offering free family photos outdoors after service (weather permitting).

Spiritual Direction Group - Starts 6/9
This summer, Vineyard will be offering a Spiritual Direction Group. Spiritual direction is a communal spiritual practice that helps us pay attention to the work and movement of God in our lives. Our hope is that this group provides a place for you to meet with God, personally, in transformative ways, in community with other Christians. You will also have opportunities to accompany others as they do the same.

This six-week group will meet on Tuesday evenings, 7:00-8:30pm, June 9-July 14. For more information about the group and what to expect, check out our website or contact Anna or Jim.

6/7 The Marriage Course
The Marriage Course is a seven-session course designed to help couples build a better, stronger marriage. Each session begins with sharing dessert, followed by an insightful video covering topics that are relevant for every couple like Good Sex or Resolving Conflict, and ending with an opportunity for private conversation together as a couple. Through this course, you will learn practical tools to deepen your connection and keep the spark alive.

The seven-week course will run on Sunday evenings, 6:00-8:00pm, June 7-July 19. Childcare is available. Space is limited - we have room for seven couples. Sign up online and talk to Jim or Megan if you have questions.

5/2 Abundant Life Founder’s Day Picnic
Join our partner ministry, Abundant Life, for a special Founder's Day picnic to celebrate their 30th anniversary! Enjoy food, fun, and fellowship, and help commemorate Abundant Life’s founding in May 1996. The event will be Saturday, May 2nd, 4:30-6:30pm at the Dickerson House (780 Prospect Ave). Rain Date: Sunday, May 3rd.

5/16 World Vision Walk for Life
Consider joining a local group to walk for clean water. The average distance people in the developing world walk for water every day is 6 kilometers. When you and thousands of others walk 6k, you’ll help change the lives of women and children by freeing them from a life spent collecting dirty water. The event is Saturday, May 16. Register online and contact Tom Lambelet (505.307.0005) with questions.

5/18 IMPACT Celebration
The celebration is the last of the four annual gatherings for IMPACT, Vineyard’s partner organization that seeks just solutions to local problems. This year’s celebration is an especially exciting one as it marks 20 years of IMPACT and we will be commemorating some of IMPACT’s founding clergy! Come celebrate God’s story of justice, abundance, hope & promise. The event will be Monday, May 18, 6:30pm to 8:30pm at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. For more details, check out our Justice page.

7/21-7/23 Better Together
Better Together is a Vineyard USA gathering for those who long to cultivate beloved communities shaped by the love and Kingdom of Jesus, where people are known, welcomed, healed, and formed. The event will be held at the North Jersey Vineyard, July 21-23.

Featuring Drew Hyun (Emotionally Healthy Discipleship) and Vineyard Association Leaders (Black, Hispanic, AAPI, and Women’s Associations), we’ll explore how emotional maturity and spiritual maturity grow together. Through curated local excursions and embodied learning spaces, you’ll encounter the beauty and diversity of Jesus’ Church firsthand.

A group of folks from Charlottesville Vineyard are planning to attend together, and we’d love you to join us!

If you’re interested in attending, let Jim know by Sunday, April 26th, so we can take advantage of the group early bird discount ($205/person). Meals and lodging are on your own. Contact Jim with questions.
