10/27 IMPACT Community Problems Assembly
Join the Vineyard Justice Ministry Network Members at the IMPACT Community Problems Assembly on Monday, October 27th, from 6:30 to 8:30. We’ll be in the main sanctuary at the Church of the Incarnation. Doors open at 6:00; arrive no later than 6:20pm with your ticket so you can get in quickly to find and sit with Vineyard folk! Get your ticket from one of the Vineyard Justice Ministry Team Leaders: Carissa Phillips, Crystal Seek, or Jessica Leathers.

We’ll hear stories from the larger community, updates on our housing, transit, and women's center work, and vote by congregation on a new issue. Immigration & neighborhood/public safety are the issues we will choose between. We get one vote for every network member we have present.

If you would like to join Vineyard’s Justice Ministry Network or have any questions, reach out to one of the Vineyard Justice Ministry Team Leaders. For more information on how we do justice (Micah 6:8) at Cville Vineyard, visit https://www.cvillevineyard.com/justice-ministry.

11/9 & 11/23 Understanding Your Bible: A two-week conversation group
Have you ever had questions about the bible like: Where did it come from? How do I understand it? Is it still relevant today? You’re encouraged to bring those questions and more to a two-week conversation group on the background or fundamentals of the bible. The conversation will largely go where the participants are most interested in going. Our hope is that you will walk away with a greater degree of confidence in your ability to open up the bible, learn from it and strengthen your faith in the process.

The group will meet on November 9 & 23, 3-4:30pm at the Bleakley home. Contact Jim Bleakley or Bryan Pedersen with any questions.

11/2 Sewing Group
Many folks at Vineyard enjoy creating things with needle and thread… so we’re starting a Sewing Group! The group will kick off with an informal planning/interest gathering on Sunday, November 2nd, at 12:30pm at the Wegmans Cafe. All skill levels are welcome! Contact Martha Adekunle with any questions.
