Weekly Happenings

8/15 Open Mic
Many of our congregation's God-given abilities don't get to be featured on Sunday mornings, so we're planning an Open Mic event where people share short (5 minute) expressions of giving glory to God in creative ways. These could be poems, spoken word, rap, songwriting, playing an instrument, dance, sharing a piece of art, or anything else you can do behind a microphone! They also don't need to be explicitly Christian. God has made it, so it gives glory to God :) This is a chance to share something that you love and enjoy with the congregation regardless of ability level and be met with nothing but encouragement and support. 

The event will be Saturday, August 15th at 6:30pm. Contact Jeremy if you’re interested in performing!

Small Groups starting - Week of 8/23
Our Fall small group semester is coming soon! We’ll kick off the week of August 23rd.

Small groups at Vineyard are our frontline of support through life’s joys and challenges. They gather on a regular basis to care, encourage & pray for one another, while also studying scripture and going deeper with God together. Small Groups meet once a week in the evening at the home of someone from the small group. Mark your calendar and stay tuned for all the details the coming weeks!

8/29 Soak Night
A Soak Night is an extended time of musical worship and prayer. It’s an opportunity to “soak” in God’s presence, enjoying being with Him and listening to His voice. Join us on the evening of Saturday, August 29, 7-8:30pm at the church office for a time of worship, prayer, and rest.
